Fusion Begins FUSION IP-Centrex Commercial Service
Fusion Communications Corporation will begin offering "FUSION IP-Centrex" as an optional
service to FUSION IP-Phone users on April 25, for which notification was submitted on April 17 to the Ministry
of Public Management,
Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications.

Outline
Fusion will provide FUSION IP-Centrex, an added-value service, as an option for
FUSION IP-Phone users. The service provides PBX and multi-button business telephone sets functions, such
as internal call forwarding, call waiting, speed dial, and direct dialing, which all run on the software
side using a subscriber IP soft switch (Class 5 telephony switch function) on Fusion's IP network. Fusion's
IP Centrex service makes it possible to have the subscriber switch located on the network--the first service
of its kind in Japan.

Service Rates
Basic construction fees
Basic construction fee: 20,000 yen (for each CUG)
Line registration fee: 1,000 yen (per phone number)
Monthly usage fees
IP-Centrex basic function usage fee: 1,000 yen (per phone number)

Fusion Communications plans to offer IP telephone solutions to best suit communications
environments on an even smaller scale. Fusion aims to provide IP telephone service with high reliability and
convenience--employing the unique, next-generation features of IP telephones--and is putting effort into expanding
the IP telephone market for corporate customers.
