Fusion Partners with Flight System Consulting on IP-PBX
Redundancy-providing Server-type IP-PBX "Brekeke OnDO"
Now Compatible with FUSION IP-Phone
Fusion Communications Corporation and Flight System Consulting Inc., the exclusive distributor in Japan for the Brekeke OnDO IP-PBX system made by Brekeke Software Inc., have teamed up as device partners to provide the system for use with Fusion's IP subscriber telephone service, FUSION IP-Phone.
Brekeke OnDO is a server-type IP-PBX that is SIP-compliant and provides the same high functionality of conventional PBX systems at a fraction of the cost. Because it is software-based and allows distributed processing among multiple servers, it can be flexibly adapted to different corporate environments. In addition, linking it to Flight's "Total Cluster" solution results in a redundant, more stable IP-PBX system.
Features such as round robin, silent monitoring, interactive recording, and CRM integration, which are essential for call centers, are built in to the system, making the IP-PBX suitable for use by call centers as well as regular businesses.
Fusion and Flight will continue cooperating with each other based on the alliance to expand the IP telephone market.
