3. Conditions for Use
A FUSION IP-Phone service contract and application for Mobile Choice "050" are required.

4. Outline of Service and Benefits When placing a call from a mobile phone, by dialing "0037-67" ahead of the destination number, the following conditions apply to that call:

- Call charges for Mobile Choice "050" apply, and a single bill is sent to the Mobile Choice "050" contracting company.
- A pre-registered FUSION IP-Phone number (050-xxxx-xxxx) is displayed as the originating number of the call.
- Company control of mobile phones becomes possible by setting an upper limit on usage amount, or limiting usage hours (preventing use outside of business hours, e.g.). (Scheduled to be implemented in July 2006)

These things provide the following benefits:

 (1) Mobile phones do not need to be lent to employees for business use (reducing costs for monthly charges and management)

 (2) Amount charged for business calls is sent to the contracting company as a single bill, and cost management is facilitated by being able to set upper limits on usage by amount. (Complicated charge calculations are eliminated and only the actual call charges are billed, making call charge cost management easier.)

 (3) Since an 050 number is displayed as the originating number, employees' private mobile phone numbers are not displayed to recipients of their business calls. (Separation of business/private number)

 (4) Since an 050 number is displayed as the originating number, return calls made to the 050 number can be taken, or calls can be forwarded to a voice mail system outside of business hours, making it possible to manage business and private time. (Improved convenience by using an 050 number as a dedicated business number) The introduction of Mobile Choice "050" solves a variety of issues that previously existed for companies in regard to the business use of mobile phones.
